A full 360° campaign for MCM’s first-ever fragrance launch - from concept to delivery - including influencer/creator casting and production of the world’s first beauty XR commercial. The fragrance sold out in under 24 hours.
SWELL partnered with MCM for a full 360° launch campaign that spanned creative direction, video production, photography, and digital content strategy. The campaign was designed to reintroduce the brand to a new generation of fashion-forward consumers while honoring MCM's heritage of bold, expressive luxury.
The creative concept centered on duality — heritage meets modernity, craftsmanship meets street culture. SWELL developed a visual language that threaded through every touchpoint: hero video content, social assets, e-commerce photography, and in-store activations. Every element was produced to work as a cohesive system, not isolated pieces.
SWELL's integrated creator and talent partnership strategy drove cultural relevance at launch. By aligning with fashion-forward voices across Instagram and TikTok — creators who genuinely connected with MCM's aesthetic — the campaign generated authentic buzz that traditional media placements alone could not achieve. The featured collection sold out within 24 hours of launch.
Production was handled end-to-end by SWELL and its production arm, Max HP Productions. From location scouting and casting through post-production and final delivery, the entire campaign was managed under one roof — ensuring creative consistency and eliminating the coordination overhead of multi-vendor productions. AI-enhanced post-production workflows enabled rapid turnaround of platform-specific edits across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and e-commerce channels.
